NEW ZEALAND: Complimentary tracked courier delivery on orders $79 and over. Flat rate of $6 for orders under $79. 

Orders are delivered by NZ Couriers, unless otherwise handed on to a third-party carrier for rural deliveries where some delays may be experienced.

AUSTRALIA: Complimentary tracked shipping on orders $200 NZD and over (approx 5-10 business days). Flat rate of $25 NZD for orders under $200. DHL Express Delivery option (2-5 business days) available for $40 NZD. 

Orders are delivered by two carriers: CourierPost is used for standard delivery option; DHL is used for express delivery option.

REST OF WORLD: Complimentary tracked express shipping on orders $300 NZD and over. Flat rate of $50 NZD for orders under $300. DHL Express Delivery option (3-7 business days) available for $80 NZD.

It is important to note that some destination countries may apply import duty / tax during transit or upon arrival. This charge will not be payable by COMMONERS and is the liability of the customer receiving the goods. Dispatched orders can not be cancelled or redirected by COMMONERS due to unforeseen duty tax.



COMMONERS offers track and trace delivery throughout New Zealand using our local NZ Courier network. Australia and Rest of World delivery is tracked economy shipping via NZ CourierPost or DHL Express Shipping service is also offered.

All NZ orders are same-day dispatched if ordered before 2pm. Australia and Rest of World are same-day where possible if ordered before 2pm NZST, or the next day, due to the international paperwork that's required.

Please allow approx 1-3 working days for New Zealand deliveries, 5-15 working days for Australian and other international deliveries, and 2-7 working days with DHL Express option.

Orders are dispatched between normal working hours (9am-5pm NZST). Any orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day when couriers are operating.

In some cases there may be delays with postage. This is due to external factors such as the logistics of the courier network and COMMONERS can not be held accountable for these delays. Furthermore cancellations will not be accepted should a delivery be later than the above timeframes.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. A hard copy of your receipt will also be provided upon receiving your purchase. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase or wish to exchange your purchase.



In the event that a parcel is lost in transit on it's way to you, COMMONERS will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be tracked and was delivered to the supplied address from the customer, COMMONERS will not be liable for this loss. In the unfortunate event of this happening, the issue needs to be raised with the Courier Company via their customer support and the provided tracking number.



In the unfortunate instance of an oversell, you will be notified via email and either assisted with an exchange to an alternative option in stock, or refunded as soon as possible.

Oversells can occasionally occur during high traffic times online, like a Sale period, or due to our online store sharing the stock inventory with our physical stores, where there is a slight delay between the systems updating. COMMONERS apologises in advance for this inconvenience.
