Your information COMMONERS collects is simply to ensure that your purchase can be processed in the smoothest possible manner. We want to make your online shopping experiences hassle free and all information that you provide is kept secure and will never be disclosed to any other parties. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and all items must be paid for in full. Only one transaction is permitted per order. Because we are using Paypal, a secure gateway for online payment there is no need for COMMONERS to record your credit card details. Paypal allows transactions to take place in real time and goes through Paypal system meaning no credit card details are recorded. ONLINE PAYMENT /
Payments must be made in full via credit or debit card. Only one payment will be accepted per order. Prices listed on our online store are in New Zealand dollars and will be billed to you in either NZD or in your local currency (optional) at the current exchange rate when using Shop Pay.
PROMOTIONAL SALES / SALE ITEMS /
No items purchased on sale can be returned for refund. Purchases on Sale items or any product purchased during a sale period (eg Black Friday, Boxing Day Sale etc) or with a promotional sale discount code are final and we do not give refunds on either instore or online purchases — only exchanges or store/online credit will apply.
However if a sale item is faulty then this item can be returned in the same manner as if it were a non-sale item.
